Group constellations
In group constellations, we work together to make family and systemic entanglements visible. By constellating representatives, unconscious patterns can be recognized and resolved, leading to more harmony and understanding in your relationships
Individual constellations
For those who prefer a more personal approach, I offer individual constellations. In a protected setting, we work intensively on your individual issues and find solutions that are tailored specifically to you.
Individual counseling
In individual counseling, I support you with empathy and expertise. Together, we will shed light on your current challenges and develop strategies to overcome them. My aim is to support you in developing your full potential and leading a fulfilled life.
Operating lists
Business constellations make it possible to visualize the dynamics within a company. We analyze where blockages exist, how cooperation can be improved and what changes are necessary to exploit the full potential of your company. This format is suitable for entrepreneurs, managers and teams who want to optimize their processes and create a harmonious working environment.
Reading in the morphic field
Morphic field reading is an intuitive method of accessing energetic information that is in your life field. With this technique, we can uncover hidden connections, find answers to open questions and gain new perspectives for personal or professional challenges. This can be done in person, by telephone or via Zoom.
Authentic Movement – movement practice
Authentic Movement is a therapeutic and mindful form of movement that invites you to connect with your inner experience. With your eyes closed, you follow the impulses of your body while a witness (mindful observer) witnesses and accompanies your process. In the subsequent follow-up discussion, there is space for an appreciative verbal exchange to reflect on the experience and promote healing.
Authentic Movement is available both in a group (once a month) and in individual appointments.
SeelenFlow – Moving constellations
SoulFlow is a unique combination of constellation work and intuitive movement. In this format, you experience the movements of your soul through physical expression.
Symbolism: Cloths or cushions represent important themes.
Intuitive movement: Movement develops spontaneously and shows what wants to be moved.
Integration: At the end, we reflect together on what we have experienced in order to integrate it sustainably into everyday life.
SeelenFlow is possible both in a group and in individual appointments.
