We often carry stories, burdens and strokes of fate from our ancestors with us without realizing it. Unresolved issues or painful experiences from the past have an impact on our lives today – and can even be passed on to our children. <\/p>\n
These invisible patterns manifest themselves in many different ways: in relationships, in the family, in contact with siblings, at work, in financial matters or through physical complaints. Again and again, situations arise where we ask ourselves: “Why does this keep repeating itself? I don’t understand it.” <\/p>\n
Children in particular react very sensitively to what is going on inside us. They sense tensions and take on feelings – even if they don’t belong to them. On a deeper level, we are sometimes connected to people from our family who we have never met, and yet their fate continues to have an effect on us. <\/p>\n
Systemic constellation work opens our eyes to these hidden connections. It makes visible which entanglements and patterns influence us – and enables solutions. <\/p>\n
This creates more clarity, inner peace and new strength. Burdens can be released so that they are no longer passed on to the next generation. <\/p>\n
This work is deeply transformative, mindful and healing.<\/p>\n
